Policies
BUTLER BAG POLICIES FOR WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
Warranty:
If there's a defect in your merchandise, ship it back to us within 15 days of receiving the item(s) and we'll make things right. All Butler Bag products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects for 1 year. If Butler Bag determines that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we'll replace it.
Returns/Exchanges:
Retail stores are NOT to replace any defective merchandise sold to a customer with any other Butler Bag merchandise in their respective inventory. Retail stores are to send back to Butler Bag any defective merchandise for Butler Bag to review to either repair the merchandise or decide to replace it with new merchandise for that particular customer. Butler Bag will NOT be responsible to retail stores for any damaged merchandise that they exchanged out or replaced for their customer without going through the proper procedure to get the item repaired or replaced.

* Please note that returns without a note explaining the reason for the return and the invoice number will be returned to the retail store.
Refunds/Store Credit:
Items will NO LONGER be accepted in return for store credit with Butler Bag. All returns will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.
Returns are acceptable in the following instances:
- The item is defective
- The item received is not the ordered item.
Freight will not be refunded in the following instance.
- The item does not meet the customer’s needs (wrong color, wrong size).
