  1. What are the dimensions of the bag?
    The Boutique Classic bag’s dimensions are 13”L x 5½”H x 5”W and the Boutique Hybrid bag’s dimensions are 15”L x 9½”H x 6”W.
  2. What are the dimensions of the interior compartments?
There are five compartments in the Boutique Classic bag. The interior of each small compartment measures 3 1/8 inches (3.125”) by 1 3/4 inches (1.75”). The long compartment is 6 1/2 inches (6.5") by 1 3/4 inches (1.75"). The height is 3 inches. The Boutique Hybrid bag has seven compartments. The largest compartment measures 3 inches by 3 5/8 inches (3.625”). The rest of the six compartments measure 3 inches by 1 7/8 inches (1.875”). The height is 3.5 inches.
  3. What is the “drop length” of the straps on the handbags?
Boutique Classic: 10.5”  & Boutique Hybrid: 12” (from top of bag to top of handles).
  4. How much does the bag weigh?
     Boutique Classic = 1.25 lbs.
     Boutique Hybrid = 1.75 lbs.
     Boutique Satchel: 1.75 lbs
     Boutique Tote: 2.75 lbs.
  5. Will my wallet fit in the Butler Bag?
A wallet fits nicely in the Hybrid Butler Bag (either in the large compartment or alongside the organizer tray).  If your wallet is 3 1/8" wide and 5 1/4" long or smaller it will fit into one of the compartments in the Classic version..  There is not enough room alongside the organizer tray in the Classic version to place your wallet and close the bag.
  6. What is your return policy?
    Please reference our Policies page.
  7. Does the Butler Brag fit into the Butler Bag?
The Butler Brag does not fit into the Boutique Classic bag, however, it does fit in the Boutique Hybrid Bag (in either of the side pouches or on top of the compartments.)
  8. Are you planning on a single strap version of the Butler Bag?
We have many new styles coming out but future designs and timetables are under lock and key!  Sign up for our mailing list and we will send you a sneak peek when available. Click here to sign up!
  9. Are you planning on making a diaper bag in the future?
Since a diaper bag is what provided the inspiration for what is now Butler Bag, I think it's safe to say there is a diaper bag on the horizon.  But as stated earlier, future designs timetables are under lock and key!  Sign up for our mailing list and we will send you a sneak peek when available. 10. Are you planning on coming out with more sizes of the Butler Bag?
    Absolutely.  We've already started!
  11. Does the Butler Bag come with "feet"?
We decided against having feet after hearing from many women that they scratch hardwood floors, tables, countertops etc.  You are not alone in your request however and we may have certain styles in the future that have feet (if we can design them in a way to be less destructive).
  12. Will my laptop fit in the side pocket of the Hybrid Butler Bag?
A small laptop will fit into the side pocket of the Boutique Hybrid Bag.  You may fit a laptop with up to a 12” screen and be able to zip the bag.  Anything larger than that may fit into the bag but the bag may not be able to be zipped close.
  13. Does Butler Bag donate to charities?
Yes, Butler Bag is proud to participate in charitable events on various levels quite regularly. Butler Bag creator Jen Groover is a firm believer in giving back to her local, national, and global community.  If you are interested in inquiring about Butler Bag being a part of your charity's event please send us all relevant information in detail to:
    info@butlerbag.com.
  14. How do I maintain the look of my Butler Bag? What do I do if I scratch the leather?
Any leather treatment for upholstery works—especially the leather wipes. You will need to wipe in the way of the grain of the leather. Once every quarter is plenty. If you overtreat the leather, it will begin to turn colors. Also, if you scratch the leather, you can take something soft like a Q-tip or even a cotton ball and dab the best olive oil you can find on it and it will take away the scratch (use as little as possible to avoid making darker marks on leather).
